In-person Therapy

I believe that the therapeutic process can be enhanced by simply being in a comfortable physical space with another human, without the distraction of our day to day lives. It can provide a sense of peace and presence that allows us to reflect more deeply, connect more freely, and show up for ourselves in the therapy space.
